Reduced heart pain
I drink magnesium from the same manufacturer to enhance my cardiovascular system and to soothe my nerves. I haven't experienced any allergies. Previously, I took biotin, which reduced hair loss and improved my skin; however, since starting this complex, I have noticed an increase in hair fall. My heart pain has become less frequent, and I sleep soundly. My urine is consistently neon yellow throughout the day, not just after taking the vitamins.
